BALTIMORE, Md. – Hilton Garden Inn brand was awarded the highest customer satisfaction rating for upscale hotels in the Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) for the 3 rd quarter of 2004. Jennifer Shunnarah, general manager of the local Hilton Garden Inn in White Marsh, stresses the importance of the amenities the Hilton Garden Inn brand which set it apart. “The business center, limited-service restaurant, which serves breakfast, lounge and exercise facilities make the Hilton Garden Inn’s the hotel of choice for anyone who travels, even a minimal amount,” says Shunnarah.
The MMHI is a quarterly report of customer satisfaction with hotel, airline and car rental companies based on 35,000 consumer interviews, nationwide.
