Job Description:

The Residence Inn by Marriott, SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites, all hotels in ARUNDEL MILLS, are looking to hire a Director of Sales and a Sales Manager.  Applicant should have previous hotel sales experience, as well as be dependable, trustworthy and have a flexible schedule.

Applicant will be responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that rooms revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the hotel's performance in the marketplace.
